Li Bin's Problems

1) Whining
2) Slow and unfinished Work
3) Easily Distracted
4) Poke fun of Management

These are chronic problems that have been around since 5 years ago.
Justin is now my coach, to help me get over these problems and become a good member of the mgmt team.

Just like how Justin scolds me to open my mouth during my dance, he has to keep nagging me on the above, up to 500times in order for me to learn. Each time he nags/scolds me, I am supposed to just say "OK, Thank You, I got it" and NOT GIVE EXCUSES.

Moving forward, I need to change my mindset towards the scoldings given to me.

Because, I don't want to become a BUM.

Wasting Time

When do you waste time?
1) When you don't know
2) When you waste time for objective

On Wasting Time
  • outside with angela
  • on giving excuses when corrected by JO.
Example:

During meeting just now, when LB scolded for teachign pte class
  • V impt is the facial expression cannot make it personal
  • also don't justify yourself, it makes you look bad - Issues/Problems are addressed to make our time more efficient. we want to fix problems, not point errors with people. NOT PERSONAL
  • Lots of time, when you say something, you say the right things but not the EXACT THING THAT WE NEED YOU TO SAY. Ppl don't respect you because you don't say exactly the right thing needed at that time. (eg Brenda)
  • Must THINK THINK THINK before talking. If you're not sure, better not to say or say that you're not sure that try to bluff your way through.
